We wouldn't want the public to know her name in order to avoid the precious little psychopath.A 15-year-old girl has been arrested for allegedly slashing the throat of a taxi driver after she refused to pay her fare.
The girl was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault and booked into the Ramsey County Juvenile Detention Center where she was awaiting charges on Thursday. Her name was not released because she is a juvenile.

Thursday night's incident happened about a block from the Feb. 27 encounter with the officers. A 20-year-old woman also was involved in the robbery about 6:30 p.m. outside the Super USA gas station at 976 E. Seventh St., Walsh said.
